CHEROKEE SURVIVORS 2002

MOTORCYCLE RALLY & CONCERT

    The Indian gods truly smiled down on the Ceremonial Grounds in Cherokee, N.C. for the annual CHEROKEE SURVIVORS MOTORCYCLE RALLY and CONCERT ... held Sept. 6-8. Thousands of people and bikers turned out for the event sharing in the sun and fun with perfect weather all three days. While the smells of smoke house BBQ tantalized the taste buds, the rockin sounds from the "Rock Never Stops" tour. "Tesla", "Skid Row",  Vince Neal of "Motley Crue" and "Confederate Railroad" plus special guests kept spirits high.

    The 3 day swap meet, bike parts, leathers, jewelry, T-shirt, tattoos, food, and Easyriders tour truck Ride in the bike show was a success. Gambling (on the reservation) and the Miss Cherokee Survivor rally were only some of the weekends must see high lights. General Admission was $30 per person but that included all 3 days of events and entertainment. If you have never experienced the Cherokee Survivors Rally, it is truly a must see event and well worth the money.
